I am happy because I can now stand up in a forward roll. I used to use my hands to get up in a forward roll. Now I use my legs to stand up. I need to hug my knees to stand up. I first used my head against the floor and used it kind of like a lever to force my whole body forward witch makes a roll. Then I used my legs to push myself off the ground. I think the most important thing is to master the roll and practice it at home. Sometimes I don't stand up because I didn't hug my knees. And when I didn't do it correctly, sometimes my back hurts or my head gets dizzy. That is why I should practice and soon my head and back will grow used to it. I also need to practice on rolling straight and faster. This is why I am happy.
