The Day at the Tournament And Tips

The tournament was an exciting experience and even though many people are watching you, you must focus and put strength into your movements. Do not rush or you will either not do the forms very well or you will mess up. People say the shorter you take the better right? Well, for this do not. Instead, slow down and perfect each move. You must also complete a time requirement. If it is your first time in the tournament there is no time required, but if you have entered before you will need to take at least 30 seconds from the moment you move in the center of the mat until the second you bow after you finish. I recommend practicing the time at home, taking your time. Also, if you make sure you are fully calmed down, you will do much better. I hope that the day you enter the tournament yourself you may complete it and get a very high rating. Only practice and flexibility can decide the victor.
